1. Purpose

RPSL CLUB is a digital platform that enables seafarers and maritime professionals to send their resumes to verified RPSL-registered shipping companies and recruiters. The service is intended solely as a communication and exposure tool to connect candidates with maritime employers. RPSL CLUB.com is not a placement agency and does not guarantee employment.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RPSL CLUB.com (the "Service") you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Use & Compliance

The Service must be used in conformity with its purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, crawl, mirror, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise exploit content from RPSL CLUB.com for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use may lead to suspension or termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

4. User Responsibilities & Representations

You represent and warrant that all information you submit (including resumes, certificates, identity documents and contact details) is true, accurate, and not misleading. You are solely responsible for keeping your profile and documents up to date. Uploading false, altered, or fraudulent documents is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and referral to authorities.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or DG Shipping guideline;
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code;
• Engage in scraping, automated data extraction, or bulk harvesting of RPSL company data;
• Send unsolicited bulk emails or spam via our platform;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts;
• Use the Service to train machine-learning/AI models without written permission from RPSL CLUB.

6. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rpslclub.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We will take reasonable security measures but are not liable for losses due to compromised credentials.

7. Service Description

RPSL CLUB provides: (a) one-click resume distribution to verified RPSL company email addresses, (b) profile/resume review services (optional), and (c) related digital support. Distribution begins immediately after submission and may be completed instantly or within minutes. The Service does not control hiring decisions or responses from companies.

8. Payments, Fees & Refunds

All fees are due in advance. Unless otherwise specified, payments are non-refundable because the resume sending process begins immediately once initiated. We may consider refunds only if a technical failure prevented the service from being initiated; any such claim must be reported within 24 hours to support@rpslclub.com.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and features on RPSL CLUB.com are owned by RPSL CLUB or licensed to RPSL CLUB. You retain ownership of the personal content you upload, but you grant RPSL CLUB a non-exclusive license to use, store, transmit, and display such content for purposes of providing the Service.

10. Recruiter & Employer Use

Employers and recruiters who receive resumes through RPSL CLUB must comply with applicable data protection laws and use candidate data only for recruitment purposes. If you are an employer, you are responsible for verifying candidate credentials and for lawful processing of personal data you receive.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RPSL CLUB AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold RPSL CLUB, its officers, employees and partners harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for misuse. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations.

14. Changes to Service & Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at our discretion. Material changes will be notified on the website or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using RPSL CLUB you consent to processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India, or resolved through arbitration in Chandigarh under applicable arbitration law, as selected by RPSL CLUB.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder will continue in full force. These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and RPSL CLUB regarding the Service.
